  1. SHIPPING AREAS
    SMPL Peptides ships only within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories (including [Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, as applicable]). We do not ship internationally, and we do not accept orders from outside the United States and its territories. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we determine, in our sole discretion, is intended for shipment outside these areas or to a jurisdiction where sale of the ordered Product is restricted.
  2. PROCESSING TIME
    Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
  3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
    We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are estimates only; we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays.
  4. SHIPPING COSTS
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
  5. ORDER TRACKING
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
  6. PACKAGING
    Products are packaged discreetly and appropriately to maintain product integrity during transit, including cold-chain packaging (e.g., insulated packaging with ice packs) where required for product stability. It is the buyer’s responsibility to promptly refrigerate or store products as recommended upon receipt.
  7. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
    SMPL Peptides is not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being tendered to the carrier, except as required by law. If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@smplpeptides.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  9. AGE AND SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
    Certain orders may require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery, at our discretion or the carrier’s requirement.
