Due to the nature of the Products sold by SMPL Peptides (research compounds intended for laboratory use only), the following policy applies to all orders.

  1. ALL SALES GENERALLY FINAL
    Because our Products are research chemicals that require specific handling and storage conditions (including, in some cases, refrigeration or cold-chain shipping) to maintain integrity, and for reasons of safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, all sales are final once a Product has shipped, except as expressly set forth below.
  2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
    If you receive a Product that is visibly damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered), you must notify us at [email address] within [3–7] days of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of any Product once it has left our facility, regardless of whether it has been opened, except in cases of confirmed damage or error as described in Section 2. We cannot accept returns of any Product that has been reconstituted, opened, or tampered with.
  4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is instead subject to Section 2 above.
  5. REFUND PROCESSING
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  6. CHARGEBACKS
    If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders.
